Vision:
To impart His hope and demonstrate His love through providing care promoting the empowerment and well-being of individuals, groups, communities and nations.

Mission Statement:
The purpose of Robin Trust is to bring hope, facilitate empowerment and deliver care promoting well-being. Robin Trust is founded on the belief that Jesus Christ is the hope of the world, nations, communities and individuals. Employees and volunteers at Robin Trust participate because they are “urged” by the love of Christ to assist others. Services at Robin Trust are designed to provide care and dignity to people who are sick, disabled or frail; support as well as encourage care-givers and promote well-being through interventions addressing health inequality, inequity and social injustice.

Objectives: Robin Trust, as a Christian charitable and welfare Trust, will strive to demonstrate the love and hope of Jesus Christ to the world through strategies that empower and promote well-being of all by:
1. Delivering a nurse-led, comprehensive/holistic community / home- based care service by:
1.1 Using a primary health care approach.
1.2 Adopting a whole system strategy providing the facilities and services to deliver community/home-based care.
1.3 Basing activities on Biblical principles, including the promotion of spiritual well-being.

2. Providing health care training and nursing education programmes that:
2.1 Lead to recognised qualifications, employment and career development opportunities.
2.2 Target those who are unemployed or who are under employed yet able to be trained as health carers and practitioners and who can through skill training be assisted to increase their income.
2.3 Develop nurses and health care practitioners to promote well-being through home care and community-based health care interventions.
2.4 Provide the knowledge and skills to address socio-economic determinants of poor health through project and programmes designed to promote empowerment and well-being.
3. Supporting programmes and projects fostering and furthering the vision and mission of Robin Trust by:
3.1 Empowering and promoting well-being of disadvantaged or vulnerable
individuals, groups or communities by addressing the socio-economic &
political determinants of health.
3.2 Developing a job creation programme developing work-related skills,
employment and economic gain.
3.3 Collaborating with churches to improve the health and well-being of their
members and local communities.
3.4. Disseminating findings and sharing the knowledge and skills developed
as part of the work at Robin Trust.
3.5 Applying the knowledge gained in educational programmes, decision-
making, management and in the development of policies.

4. Ensuring the financial sustainability of Robin Trust by:
4.1 Accessing funds through all appropriate means, both nationally and internationally, to support the work of Robin Trust.
4.2 Developing income-generating activities within Robin Trust.

5. Ensuring effective stewardship and resource management including:
5.1 Sound administrative, financial and human resource management practices.
5.2 Monitoring and evaluation systems to measure efficiency, effectiveness and quality of services in relation to the Robin Trust vision, mission, and objects, and the strategies and activities.
5.3 Implementing an effective monitoring and evaluation system incorporating recording and reporting strategies.
